

Garageband is all supported by iPad and iPhone which means you can use it on any mac device you have. It killed me with its loops and sample quality. When I installed Garageband and play the loops and samples from the browser, it amazed me. There are a handful of loops and samples provided with Garageband that will help you easily produce music from scratch. Overall, it’s a perfect start if you have an Apple device like an iMac, iPad, etc. SO, if you are familiar with Logic Pro X then operating Garageband will not be too hard for you. There are very many similarities I’ve found between the UI of Garageband and the paid DAW Logic Pro X. If not pre-installed, you can also download it from the iTunes store for free of cost. It comes preinstalled with Apple computers and laptops. Well, if you own an Apple computer or Laptop, or even a mobile, you can run it for free.

That means you need an Apple computer to run this DAW which costs 3 to 4 times more than a Windows-based ordinary computer. The ONLY DRAWBACK is it needs a mac based platform to run.
